E-Learning Content Director and Instructional Design Leader

I lead the e-learning content strategy and production for companies and clients across Latin America. I manage the full project lifecycle, from learning-needs assessment and instructional planning through LMS implementation.

I coordinate the simultaneous production of more than 20 courses, managing deadlines, multidisciplinary teams, quality control, and client expectations. I design and produce both self-paced courses and live learning experiences, while advising clients on the design and management of their virtual learning environments.

I progressed internally from Instructional Designer to Content Curator and ultimately Director of Content Development. I led the implementation of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and master's courses in multiple LMS platforms for Latin American universities.

I coordinated multidisciplinary teams of instructional designers, content curators, and content producers. I led the delivery of 300 courses in one month for ISIL in Peru and standardized instructional design, curation, and production processes to improve speed and consistency.

I led Google Workspace implementation projects for small, medium-sized, and large organizations. I supported technology adoption through change-management initiatives and on-site training for large teams.

I assessed training needs and designed online training plans to accelerate the effective adoption and use of new digital tools.

I identified, designed, and implemented face-to-face and virtual training projects for corporate clients in Chile. I translated training needs into practical learning solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

I produced learning content using multiple authoring tools and implemented courses across different learning management systems.

I progressed from intern to Organizational Development Specialist IV and designed, created, and implemented the bank's complete e-learning strategy. I transformed more than 100 face-to-face training programs into fully online courses, generating significant training cost savings.

I led online content development projects, virtualized learning content in SAP SuccessFactors using Articulate Storyline, and coordinated the corporate performance evaluation process.

I designed the profile and structure of the company's Human Resources function and established its administrative foundations. I organized, standardized, and implemented HR administrative formats and processes.
