Discord Manager / Moderator/ Chat Support Specialist

I am a community and operations specialist with more than five years of experience in prop trading, forex, crypto, and Web3 environments. My background combines Discord community management, customer support, operational coordination, risk support, and technical troubleshooting.

I have built, designed, and managed more than 100 Discord communities and supported operations across over 25 prop-firm environments. I focus on community growth, engagement, onboarding, retention, moderation, conflict resolution, and escalation handling.

I provide multichannel customer support through email, live chat, Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, and ticketing systems. I manage CRM cases, assist with account activation and platform access, resolve payment and payout inquiries, and create FAQ and knowledge-base content.

I have hands-on experience with KYC verification, compliance checks, trade auditing, account reviews, payout eligibility, and risk-control processes. I review trading activity against account rules, drawdown limits, consistency requirements, and investigate suspicious behavior or rule violations.

I also support traders using MT4, MT5, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker. I troubleshoot access, login, synchronization, server, and account issues while coordinating escalations with technical, payment, liquidity, verification, risk, and compliance teams.

I am experienced in team leadership, workflow optimization, social media operations, and content creation. I mentor junior staff, improve support processes, create community announcements and promotional materials, and work cross-functionally to deliver efficient resolutions.
