I am an Accounting graduate from Universitas Narotama Surabaya with experience in collections, administration, auditing, and customer-facing operational work. I am based in Surabaya, Indonesia, and have developed practical experience through internships and contract roles.
I worked at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) in several positions within the collections and administration functions. My responsibilities included field collections, desk call activities, and unit administration, which strengthened my communication, documentation, and operational coordination skills.
I also completed certified internships at BTN's Branch Collection Unit and at KAP Drs. Basri Hardjosumarto, M.SI, AK & Rekan as an auditor. These experiences gave me exposure to banking collections processes, audit work, and professional workplace standards.
