Provide technical, logistical, and administrative support to office personnel, including installation and configuration of equipment, installation of modules and scripts, and resolution of internal system issues using VNC and AnyDesk. Analyze operational problems and define corrective actions for system execution processes.
Monitor and record server status, execute and analyze SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server, and manage system user accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, updates, and password resets. Maintain systems for tax generation, information organization, and debt loading in current accounts.
Participate in development projects by gathering user requirements and translating them into functional requirements. Analyze reported incidents, write technical specifications for the development team, execute functional and validation tests, report defects, and follow up on corrections.
