Senior Growth Product Designer

I founded a growth product consultancy serving SaaS, mobile app, and e-commerce teams. I lead analytics diagnosis, product and UX design, implementation handoff, and measurement of outcomes.

For The Lysts, I owned onboarding, navigation, core flows, and analytics with the product team and engineers. I set up Amplitude tracking, created the design system, and established a Figma-to-Jira handoff process.

I also delivered conversion-focused websites and e-commerce work for Boxara, Bival Dental, FeelSailing, and Protection Dogs Worldwide, including analytics and event tracking implementations.

Worked as a senior product designer on AIceberg, an enterprise platform for testing, monitoring, and validating the security of AI agents.

Designed every page, flow, and dashboard iteration for the product. Created a visual workflow editor connecting customer AI agents to internal business tools, including SAP, with built-in security checks, approvals, and consent flows.

Planned and ran dashboard iteration tests with clients alongside the product owner, and led design-to-development synchronization and handoff.

Managed a multidisciplinary design team of 12 across multiple client projects. Established design processes, reviews, and quality standards.

Owned people management, including performance tracking against seniority levels, education and training plans, promotions, and team satisfaction. Completed the agency's internal leadership program for team leads.

Led the Notion knowledge-base redesign, helped win the project scope, and ran two A/B tests against the live version followed by further iterations.

Worked on redesigns and new features for an e-commerce marketing automation SaaS product, using user feedback to guide improvements.

Designed automation workflows with triggers, conditions, and actions for email and SMS campaigns, including cart-recovery and win-back journeys.

Co-founded Hilbert Space, later renamed Bordi. Designed complex B2B workflows, dashboards, reporting, and multiple product iterations for the eZOP product.

Contributed to research, product planning, UX strategy, and the development of the product experience.

Co-founded an early-stage startup and led UX/UI design, product planning, user testing, and prototyping.
