I lead QA efforts for high-impact features for ICE Mortgage Technology, a US mortgage technology client. I manage a QA team of two by assigning tickets, setting priorities, reviewing test cases, ensuring delivery quality, and onboarding team members.

I design and implement Java-based UI automation using Selenide and TestNG within a Maven-based framework, and perform API testing with Rest Assured. I integrate automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers and product managers to triage defects, refine requirements, and validate analytics with Splunk.

I built a Zephyr MCP server that enables AI agents to manage Jira and Zephyr test-management tasks. I also implemented scheduled AI agents for proactive failure detection and a self-healing test loop to repair broken tests, reducing suite maintenance and accelerating automation work from months to weeks.
