QA Engineer / Test Specialist

I am a QA Engineer and Test Specialist with 10.5 years of software testing experience, with deep expertise in banking and credit union applications. I have worked extensively across account processing, transactions, loan processing, ACH processing, and batch operations.

I am experienced in functional, system, end-to-end, exploratory, integration, regression, UAT, API, and production testing. I create test plans and test cases, execute test scenarios, manage test data, and report, track, and retest defects through resolution.

I have worked in both Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery environments. I collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, onsite teams, and offshore teams, while also independently managing project testing activities.

My automation experience includes Selenium with Python and recent hands-on upskilling in Playwright with Python and Pytest. I use Page Object Model practices, fixtures, assertions, locators, parallel execution, API testing, screenshots, debugging, and reusable automated test design.

I have also integrated Playwright and Pytest test automation with GitHub Actions for CI/CD execution and Allure reporting. I use AI-assisted testing approaches with GitHub Copilot and GenAI to accelerate test-case creation and maintain efficient quality processes.

I am ISTQB certified and bring strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, mentoring, and banking-domain knowledge to quality assurance teams.
