AI Automation Engineer

I develop mac7-app, a TypeScript, Next.js, and React command-center application for a property-services client. The platform includes inspector and contractor portals, Airtable and Supabase-backed KPI and scheduling workflows, and AI-generated daily briefs supported by a Vitest test suite.

I deliver automation and custom software across three US SMB accounts using Airtable Interface Extensions, Airtable Automations, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript. I owned most of a medical/legal interpreting network's migration from a legacy ACT! CRM, including data modeling, migration, case and dispatch interfaces, opportunity ranking, dispatch tooling, and CRM/telephony synchronization.

I joined as the sole Operations Lead and transformed an all-manual, spreadsheet-based operation into a data architecture, automation, and BI system. The resulting pipeline handled more than 100,000 records and 20,000 outbound transactions monthly while replacing a four-to-five-person manual process.

I built and operated more than 130 production workflows across n8n, Metabase, Directus, and Supabase, processing approximately 40,000 monthly executions. I deployed the stack on Hetzner using Docker and Traefik, integrated Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 through OAuth2, and implemented GitHub Actions CI/CD plus Azure serverless services.

I directed most build output through supervised Claude Code workflows and designed LLM-driven agents using GPT, Claude, and DeepSeek for classification, scoring, and QA. I also created autonomous engineering-agent loops that monitored workflows, infrastructure, and data quality, diagnosed failures, and drafted remediation proposals for review.

I built an operational system from scratch for a US-based family-owned real-estate hub that previously relied on fragmented Excel and Google Docs processes. I designed and delivered a Fibery-based operating system covering CRM, task management, marketing, and finance, with Make automations and a tooling budget below USD 40 per month.

I combined the operating platform with hands-on real-estate agent follow-up coaching, Brevo campaign instrumentation, and sales-process discipline. These initiatives contributed to 250% revenue growth from 2022 to 2023.

I built and demonstrated an AI and no-code automation pilot that reduced the core QA process from 30 minutes to 3 minutes.

I redesigned QA-team time-zone coverage to support an 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday-to-Sunday operating window at a lower cost than the previous business-hours-only model.

I delivered strategic planning, organizational redesign, and project recovery work for a real-estate brokerage on a part-time basis.

I recovered a website creation project that was more than three months behind schedule and delivered it on time with 100% of milestones completed.

I served as a strategy and technology consultant for approximately 10 enterprise clients, managing a USD 5K MRR portfolio. My work included operations strategy, KPI framework design, software implementation, project leadership for teams of more than 30 members, and training for audiences of more than 50 people.

I supported organizations including Corporación E. Wong and ONPE, working with companies of more than 1,000 collaborators. I also led the firm's migration to Fibery and internal UiPath RPA pilots, establishing the data-architecture approach I later applied to automation operations.
