Production Manager

I manage, control, and optimize the production process flow, ensuring product quality and fulfillment of orders received from production planning and control. I plan production according to forecast demand, define weekly and monthly objectives, and monitor process and employee performance.

I supervise production supervisors, analysts, and team leaders while coordinating with production planning, maintenance, quality control, human resources, commercial, and warehouse teams. I analyze productivity reports, implement corrective actions, uphold industrial safety and ISO quality standards, and support the Integrated Management System through reporting of nonconformities, risks, and improvement opportunities.

I led an operational structure of 42 employees, including analysts, back-office personnel, and field technicians. I planned daily field deployment, optimized routes and resource assignments, and tracked operational KPIs such as SLAs, response times, and work-order closure.

I supervised internal audits and ISO 9001:2015 compliance, analyzed operational databases, and prepared management reports. I coordinated outsourced equipment-recovery operations for Tigo, Claro, and Personal, managed third-party fiber-optic installation crews for Claro Paraguay, and maintained communication with corporate clients regarding progress, performance indicators, and incident resolution.

I planned and supervised an electrical-equipment remanufacturing line with a team of 24 employees. I managed the complete refurbishment process for Tigo equipment, from receipt and classification through diagnosis, restoration, and delivery.

I coordinated reverse logistics, materials availability, and spare parts with logistics teams. I also monitored time and motion, ensured end-to-end traceability through information systems, and maintained ISO 9001:2015 quality standards throughout the production process.

I supervised multiple industrial production lines with teams of up to 20 operators per shift. I planned and executed daily and weekly production programs, managed materials flow from receiving through finished goods, and ensured achievement of production targets.

I applied FIFO inventory controls, maintained production-batch traceability, and participated in ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices quality audits. I coordinated with logistics, quality, and maintenance teams and prepared production reports, performance indicators, and nonconformity records.

I supported production-line coordination through batch registration, production-time control, and documentation of operational activities.

I assisted with personnel coordination and provided administrative and operational support to maintain production flow and traceability.

Bachelor's degree in Production Technology.
