Senior Software Engineer

I am a top contributor to the core backend and lead many platform features end to end. I introduced the company's first asynchronous messaging infrastructure and designed a multi-stage enrichment pipeline with independent, retryable transformation, contact-creation, and enrichment stages. I also built a parallel profile-extraction consumer with downstream-aware worker throttling.

I built the company's AI integration layer around Azure OpenAI, including task-specific assistant abstractions, response caching, retries, audit logging, and parallel chunk evaluation. I rebuilt CRM ingestion on Temporal with durable workflows, idempotent resync schedules, child workflows, and extensible source strategies for Salesforce and HubSpot.

I authored an MCP server that securely fronts backend gRPC APIs using Keycloak JWKS validation, JWT audience-based access control, structured logging, and EKS deployment through GitHub Actions OIDC. I established tracing, metrics, and dashboards using OpenTelemetry, Tempo, Prometheus, and Grafana.

I improved production database performance through execution-plan-driven query redesign, reducing warm-introduction query time from 2.35 seconds to 1.45 seconds and account listing latency from 5.8 seconds to 1.21 seconds. I also improved resilience by adding memory-based Kubernetes autoscaling, JVM tuning, and KEDA autoscaling for Temporal workers.

I built the GraphQL backend-for-frontend layer from the first commit, creating the schema, resolvers, authenticated request context, and schema-driven typed-client code generation. I added DataLoader batching to eliminate per-row user lookup overhead and implemented gRPC metadata propagation for downstream authentication.

I addressed security findings from a penetration test by replacing expensive Keycloak session validation with RFC 7662 token introspection using client credentials. This reduced authentication round trips, removed admin credentials from the request path, and was accompanied by fixes for permissive CORS, leaked error details, and logged bearer tokens.

I built full-stack services using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js. My work involved developing backend services and application functionality for web-based systems.

I worked with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for relational and document-oriented data storage, gaining practical experience with API development, application integration, and database-backed services.
