Professional summary

I help US construction contractors run a leaner back office with AI and automation. I work remotely from Mexico, fully bilingual (English/Spanish), on US business hours.

What I do:
• AI voice receptionists (Vapi, Retell AI, Twilio) that answer calls 24/7, qualify leads and book estimates
• Workflow automation in Make.com, Zapier and n8n: lead capture, CRM updates, SMS/email follow-ups, review requests
• Lead pipelines built on official public building-permit data, delivered into the CRM
• CRM setup and automation (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Workspace)
• Technical drafting in AutoCAD (imperial units) and back-office documents: estimates, bids, payroll reports

Since January 2025 I've been the operations and automation lead at Alkan Construction Assistant, serving roofing, remodeling, landscaping and metal fabrication contractors in the Seattle area. I also have a background in sales and sales management, so I build systems around how clients actually buy.
