QA Analyst | Test Automation and Process Automation with Python

I am a QA Analyst with experience in functional, regression, and smoke testing for web platforms across production, staging, and pre-production environments. I focus on validating critical business flows, data integrity, and end-to-end operational traceability, particularly for financial-sector clients.

I combine manual QA responsibilities with the development of end-to-end automation solutions in Python. I build and maintain bots using Playwright and Selenium to automate high-volume document processing and interactions with external public and judicial web portals.

I have experience designing test cases, reporting and tracking defects, validating APIs with Postman, and running basic SQL queries to verify data consistency. I collaborate with development teams to escalate platform issues, suggest improvements, and validate deployments across environments.

My automation work includes defensive bot patterns, exception handling for unstable portals, OCR text cleanup, fuzzy matching, Excel data processing, and automated PDF generation. I use tools such as pandas, openpyxl, rapidfuzz, fpdf2, and Ghostscript to reduce manual work in high-volume operations.
