Data analyst and IT professional with a strong background in Power BI, reporting and business process management. I help small and medium businesses turn raw data into clear dashboards and automated reports that support better decisions.

I have hands-on experience in administrative and IT roles, including practice management, document verification and team coordination, as well as network setup and technical support. I also work in e-commerce product sourcing, selecting products for B2C distribution across online platforms in Italy and Europe.
