Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

I am a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and Tier 2 SOC analyst with more than four years of experience supporting managed security operations for multiple clients.

I specialize in security monitoring, alert triage, threat investigation, incident response, and the definition of detection use cases. I assess potential threats, evaluate their impact, and define appropriate response actions.

I have hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing security tools and infrastructure. I work with SIEM environments, network protocols, Linux systems, and multiple security data sources to improve detection capabilities and reduce false positives.

I use Python and REST APIs to automate SOC workflows and improve operational efficiency. I also build AI agents and LLM-based workflows to streamline analyst tasks and reduce response times.

I lead technical initiatives in SOC environments and coordinate delivery across security projects. I am comfortable acting as a client-facing technical contact, managing communication, prioritization, and security issue resolution.

I hold a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering. I speak Spanish and Catalan natively and have advanced English proficiency.
