I manage client communications across phone, text, and email, resolve service issues, and build strong relationships through responsive, hands-on support.

I have experience coordinating deliveries, shipments, inventory, records, data entry, and daily operational workflows to keep services running smoothly.

In my current dental laboratory role, I combine operational management with CAD/CAM technical work, case tracking, material replenishment, and team support.
