Defined risk-based quality strategies for regulated energy and telecommunications systems, prioritizing functional, backend, data, API, performance, and automation scenarios based on risk, criticality, impact, and business value. Built end-to-end automation using Playwright, TypeScript, and Cucumber, integrated with GitLab CI for early feedback on critical and repetitive flows. Validated Oracle and PostgreSQL batch processes and data consistency through comparative SQL, integrity checks, reconciliation, and duplicate detection.

Investigated defects by correlating API requests and responses, SQL queries, logs, and Grafana metrics to create reproducible evidence and support root-cause analysis. Used SoapUI for service virtualization and mocking, designed load, stress, and concurrency tests with JMeter, and applied AI/LLMs to requirements analysis, test design, debugging, code review, and automation discovery.

Automated end-to-end tests for B2C e-commerce purchase, payment, and order-management flows using Selenium WebDriver and the Page Object Model. Focused on validating critical user journeys and supporting reliable release readiness.

Validated and reconciled orders, payments, and shipments through SQL to detect cross-system inconsistencies before releases. Tested APIs and integrations with Postman, validating contracts, error handling, and transactional flow consistency in collaboration with technical and functional teams.

Performed functional testing for operational security and control solutions, validating critical business processes with direct operational impact. Executed quality activities focused on reliability and correct system behavior.

Applied shift-left practices from early delivery stages to identify ambiguities, risks, and defects before production. Collaborated in improving requirement clarity and early quality feedback for operationally sensitive workflows.

Built a bilingual landing page for CH Conecta with lead capture, a server-side API, lead schema, email fallback, and optimized partner assets. Developed a Next.js solution for Traslados Global VIP covering landing, quote and contact, WhatsApp flow, conversion endpoint, resilient tracking, and a commercial-insights dashboard.

Designed Playwright QA suites and test matrices for forms, responsive behavior, tracking consistency, API coverage, non-functional checks, and separation of QA and real data. Defined local, QA, preview, and production environments and release flows, using AI/LLMs for analysis, development support, debugging, and Python scripts for asset and validation tasks.
