QA Automation Analyst

I help build and evolve the QA area, defining testing processes, validation strategies, and quality workflows for ERP and financial systems.

I perform manual, functional, regression, end-to-end, API, and SQL validation testing for critical business functionality. I design, execute, and maintain Cypress frontend automated tests while expanding my Playwright expertise.

I validate backend behavior and APIs using Postman, MySQL, and SQL Server. I collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams in Agile and CI/CD environments, review pipelines, coordinate releases, detect usability issues and vulnerabilities, and validate bug fixes before production deployment.

I led functional and technical support teams for ERP products, managing priorities, critical incidents, and operational workflows.

I provided Level 1 and Level 2 support and coordinated with cross-functional teams to improve response times and issue resolution. I used Jira, Confluence, and Freshdesk for incident management, documentation, and support operations.

I provided technical and functional support for healthcare clients across Argentina and Uruguay.

I used Jira, Confluence, MySQL Server, and ERP systems to analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and validate business processes.
