AI Trainer & Evaluator

I work as an independent AI trainer and evaluator across multiple AI data platforms. My work includes response evaluation, rubric scoring, preference ranking, video annotation, audio transcription, web research, fact-checking, prompt writing, and adherence to production guidelines.

I contribute to active AI training and annotation tracks with platforms including micro1, Turing, SuperAnnotate, Alignerr, Mercor, Outlier, and Mindrift. I completed live assessments involving AI response evaluation, video annotation, logistics documentation, and procurement.

I annotate robot-behavior video for AI model training under a contract with micro1. The work requires consistent application of annotation standards and careful interpretation of visual task behavior.

I previously completed a micro1 supply-chain AI training contract. This engagement applies my logistics and operations expertise to the evaluation and preparation of AI training data.

I source, verify, and structure information for AI training data as a web research contributor. I focus on reliable research, fact verification, and clear data organization.

I passed Turing's supply-chain and operations expert assessment, covering operating plans, trade-offs, and KPIs. My domain background supports practical evaluation of operational and enterprise-related content.

I created aura-code, an open-source TypeScript multi-agent AI framework published to npm under the MIT license. I designed the complete agent loop, including LLM streaming, tool execution, and human-in-the-loop confirmation.

I implemented a permission and safety model supporting 30 LLM providers and more than 25 tools. I handled release engineering, CI/CD, issue triage, and a test suite containing 2,145 passing tests across 148 test files.

I delivered Business English instruction for corporate clients for more than eleven years. I taught presentations, negotiations, business correspondence, and professional communication.

I designed curricula and assessments across program formats and provided detailed written feedback on learner output. My teaching work draws on my BA in English Language and Literature and C2 English proficiency.

I progressed from Logistics Supervisor to Micro Logistics Coordinator in the automotive sector. I supported a greenfield logistics implementation, SAP rollout, and key-user training.

I specified an E-Kanban solution using barcode scanning across Romanian and Serbian plants. My responsibilities involved logistics process design, operational coordination, and implementation support.

I worked as a travel agent while managing IT and systems functions for an IATA travel agency. I was a superuser for Amadeus and Galileo, handling fare construction and ticketing.

I ran back-office agency IT and built Book Me In, an internal booking tool. I also closed dozens of B2B corporate travel contracts.
