About

Professional summary

I am a creative technologist working at the intersection of art direction, interaction design, narrative systems, and AI product development. I take digital products from early concept through implemented, shipped experiences.

As the founder of Embroaden, I lead the art direction, information architecture, interaction design, and agentic implementation of an eight-product AI ecosystem. My work combines distinctive visual systems with practical research, decision tools, prompt systems, and interactive learning products.

I bring extensive experience designing live narrative systems for games, including large-scale dialogue, character, gameplay, and localization pipelines. I have led cross-functional workflows spanning art, animation, engineering, content, and quality assurance across distributed teams.

I also specialize in AI evaluation and behavioral engineering. I have designed failure taxonomies, controlled-variable evaluation methods, evaluator onboarding systems, and quality processes for Gemini and AI Overviews programs.

My practice combines storytelling, systems thinking, design strategy, and technical delivery. I use AI-native development workflows to create coherent product experiences, improve production throughput, and reduce regressions through evidence-based quality gates.

Career history

Founder & AI Behavioral Engineer Embroaden LLC

I founded Embroaden, an AI research and product lab, where I lead art direction, information architecture, interaction design, and agentic implementation across an eight-product ecosystem. I build products spanning research, decision tools, model matching, failure visualization, prompt systems, and interactive learning experiences.

I shipped The Wompt Wall of—Wuh‽, a side-scrolling museum experience combining 30 altered public-domain paintings across 13 thematic bays with AI-failure forensics and mitigation guidance. I also designed The Prompt Palace, an 18-chamber interactive system organizing 300 published prompts and 30 behavioral personas.

I established a cross-product visual system using a five-metal palette, crystalline geometry, controlled asymmetry, reusable asset families, and a codified illustration style. I directed AI coding agents through 174 merged production changes in 49 days, doubling throughput while reducing severe regressions through bounded scope, evidence gates, and fail-closed promotion.

Content Engineer → Founding Evaluation Lead Google Gemini & AI Overviews (via Paramount Technology Partners and GlobalLogic)

I progressed from Content Engineer to Founding Evaluation Lead for Google Gemini and AI Overviews evaluation programs. I designed systems to identify, classify, and improve model behavior across diverse domains.

I surfaced 22 reproducible Gemini loss patterns from 4,505 diagnostic prompts across 54 domains by creating a four-level failure taxonomy and 11 controlled-variable evaluation methods. This work supported systematic analysis of factuality and model-performance failures.

I scaled the IFFactuality evaluator group from 35 to 164 evaluators in one week while maintaining over 94% quality adherence. I authored more than 180 core evaluation documents and developed the onboarding, review, and documentation systems supporting recurring programs.

Senior Narrative Designer & Localization Lead MYBO Games

I led live narrative design and localization for mobile games, managing Ohana Island's narrative pipeline across more than 2,000 gameplay and story sequences, 10,000 dialogue lines, 19 zones, and 15 core character arcs. The title reached more than one million downloads and a 4.6-star player rating.

I built an editorial workflow that coordinated art, animation, and development teams remotely across three continents. The process supported biweekly releases with zero recorded narrative bugs.

I directed localization across 16 regional markets, including Chinese-to-English and English-to-French adaptation, cultural review, and brand-safety QA. I also provided French localization QA and English editing for Rovio's Angry Birds: Blast.
