Delivered AI, security, and business platforms including DentalXpert, a Bedrock-powered dental revenue-cycle training simulator for more than 200 staff; Buzz AI, a RAG-based IT support agent integrated with Freshservice; NetScout-RS, a Rust network security scanner; Project Atlas, a real-time seating platform for 2,000+ staff across three countries; and a multi-branch café POS. Built and scaled a full-stack property marketplace with 99.9% uptime. Re-architected the platform to support 200% traffic growth through load balancing, Redis caching, and CDN delivery.
