Senior Cloud and Windows Systems Engineer

I provided global managed Windows engineering and support for cloud, on-premises, and virtualized server environments. My work included Windows server support, Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, LDAPS, federation services, SCCM, security features, and the staging and implementation of AWS Systems Manager for Windows globally.

I contributed to information security initiatives as an InfoSec regulator and Zero Trust global policy enforcer. I evaluated and implemented ZTNA products and policies, supported VPN consolidation to Palo Alto SASE, and implemented a global remote management console.

As part of the SysOps Cloud First team, I served as an enablement team leader for lift-and-shift migrations from on-premises environments to Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud. I designed, planned, and implemented CI/CD processes and supported networking architecture involving VPNs, firewalls, security groups, and tunnels.

I supervised local field services and end-user support operations for the Southern Cone region. I managed laptop lifecycle processes, purchasing, inventory, ERP and non-ERP CI/CD activities, Office 365 migration, and VerdaSys compliance.

I supported midrange server services across the region, including local Active Directory replicas and forest operations, Veritas backup and restore processes, disaster recovery planning, shared resources, and local storage services.

I also supported telecommunications and networking services, including Cisco and Avaya switching to MPLS, Avaya PBX, WLAN RADIUS, and Ubiquiti devices.

I administered local domain infrastructure and provided Active Directory and Exchange support, including account and resource administration.

I supported ISA Server operations and deployed and supported Hyperion solutions with Oracle Database 8.1i. My responsibilities covered core systems administration, user support, and enterprise application infrastructure.
