Supervised a team of 16 nurses and 7 dialysis technicians, supporting compliance with clinical, patient safety, and operational standards. Coordinated care for more than 90 patients weekly to help ensure safe and effective hemodialysis treatment.

Led staff training and development activities, managed staff and dialysis-session schedules, and coordinated with the medical director and administrators on operational concerns. Oversaw accurate patient documentation and registry reporting.

Provided direct nursing care for patients undergoing hemodialysis, including vital-sign monitoring, assessment of patient responses during treatment, and support for nephrologist-directed care plans and treatment adjustments.

Administered IV medications, blood transfusions, and oral medications as ordered. Performed dialysis machine setup, priming, and basic troubleshooting; educated patients on renal diet, fluid restriction, and vascular access care; and maintained accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Administer IV glutathione and vitamin infusion therapies, conduct pre-treatment client assessments and screening, and prepare IV drips containing glutathione, vitamin C, and adjunct therapies.

Monitor clients throughout infusions, respond to adverse reactions, and provide education regarding treatments, risks, and aftercare. Maintain aseptic technique, infection-control standards, treatment documentation, consent records, and professional client relationships.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
