Worked as a QA Lead and Senior QA Engineer across Great Minds, Grifols, and PepsiCo international client projects. Led QA strategy, test design, execution, automation direction, and Agile quality practices for web and mobile products.

For Great Minds, led QA activities across three simultaneous teams within a 25+ person Agile Release Train. Redesigned the testing strategy around smoke, end-to-end, sanity, and automated nightly regression suites; implemented shift-left testing and Three Amigos practices; improved backend coverage to more than 90%; and mentored QA professionals. Also led a cross-functional SWAT team that resolved load-related production outages within one week.

For Grifols, owned end-to-end quality for an iOS and Android plasma donation application, using BrowserStack and ALM. Developed reusable Gherkin test cases and Jira dashboards used by project stakeholders.

For PepsiCo, improved delivery processes and team dynamics in a complex multi-team environment. Helped the team become the first to deliver releases to certification, eliminating overtime and improving on-time delivery while coaching QAs and developers on quality practices.

Held a dual Scrum Master and QA Lead role in a SAFe digital transformation project for the Government Tax Office of Cordoba.

Coordinated inter-team dependencies, production releases, and PI Planning. Led QA teams of up to 12 people and collaborated with product owners on backlog refinement and prioritization.
