Provided reading, writing, and mathematics interventions for students with mild to moderate disabilities, including Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Emotional Disabilities. Delivered behavior support and social-emotional instruction based on individual student needs.

Collaborated with parents, teachers, administrators, and service providers to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitored student progress toward IEP goals and district assessments, and audited team IEPs for compliance. Instructed students with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Hearing Impairment, and Dyslexia, in core academic subjects. Supported academic growth through differentiated instruction and individualized assistance.

Provided one-on-one remedial sessions after class to strengthen fine motor skills and improve student performance. Participated in regular in-service training to stay current with effective teaching strategies.

Completed Montessori training for grade school teachers through after-class and Saturday sessions. Assisted Grade School 2 students with reading, spelling, crafting, and other non-Montessori learning activities.

Supported main teachers with evaluation forms, notebook and output checking, test paper sorting, classroom organization, and maintenance. Co-facilitated religion classes for Grades 4 and 6 and attended seminars to expand teaching knowledge and skills.
