I have experience analyzing and managing large volumes of business and transactional data. At BBVA, I supported AML investigations using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and basic Python, contributing to ETL processes for cleaning, transforming, and loading data.
In my current data management role, I manage corporate entities, contracts, pricing grids, and operational data for international mobility markets. I also create automation solutions with scripts, macros, and UiPath workflows to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
My technical support background has strengthened my troubleshooting, customer communication, and problem-solving abilities. I have supported international users with connectivity, IP configuration, device reset, login, and content playback issues.
