Senior QA Engineer

I create project-specific test cases from functional and non-functional specifications and execute manual testing for websites delivered by front-end and back-end teams. I identify issues before client release across user interfaces, workflows, business logic, and website functionality.

I manage testing coordination through Wekan and document bugs with reproduction steps, priority, and impact using Wekan and Trello. I prepare UAT documents, retest resolved defects, conduct client product demos, and create user guides after project handover. I have supported more than 20 website projects across e-commerce, corporate, news, and university domains.

I designed the architecture of a Muslim fashion e-commerce management website from scratch. The platform supported digital transactions and inventory management workflows.

I developed the application using CodeIgniter and MySQL, contributing to the technical foundation of the e-commerce management system.

I built and designed websites for clients using the WordPress CMS ecosystem, including Divi and Elementor. I delivered website implementations tailored to client requirements.

I implemented on-page and off-page SEO strategies and wrote articles to help improve clients' organic traffic and search visibility.
