Implemented text-embedding-powered KNN search and maintained an AWS Lambda-based ABAC/RBAC entitlements platform handling an estimated one million daily requests.

Co-led migration of a developer portal from a static AWS application to a self-hosted Backstage deployment on Kubernetes serving 3,000 to 5,000+ engineers across North America and EMEA. Defined Helm configurations, managed Argo CD deployments, built Terraform and GitHub Actions release workflows, developed GraphQL integrations with AWS AppSync and Apollo, owned a Tech Radar plugin, built AI-driven dependency update automation, improved an Okta wrapper API, and mentored engineers while participating in PagerDuty support.

Helped evolve a legacy monolith into a B2B/B2C gift card and stored-value platform, including the B2B Order API for InComm Incentives. Co-built customer portals across Angular and C#/.NET MVC for B2B and B2C users.

Deployed and monitored a RabbitMQ event-driven backend for high-volume order processing with retry handling. Maintained payment processor integrations, used TDD, SOLID design, dependency injection, and unit testing, partnered with support to resolve escalated payment issues, and prototyped an early containerized .NET Core stack with service discovery and orchestration.

Enhanced full-stack C#/ASP.NET business applications backed by SQL Server, delivering features and integrations for new business partners. Maintained and improved legacy VB, JavaScript, C#, and SQL systems.
