Lead Mobile Engineer

I lead a six-member mobile engineering team, coordinating task allocation, daily status management, sprint alignment, production support, delivery priorities, and deployment planning. I collaborate with managers and international clients to prioritize business-critical work, route live issues, and align roadmap, compliance, and user-experience requirements.

I drive the development and modernization of CuramCare, a native healthcare mobile platform that achieved more than 5,000 downloads and a 4.8-star rating within months of launch. I modernized an approximately eight-year-old MVC Android codebase toward MVVM, migrated Java code toward Kotlin, introduced modularization, improved networking and caching, implemented MangoPay integration, and established code governance practices. I also supported a 90% on-time rollout rate for critical enhancements and security updates.

I built and scaled Ria Play, a gamified learning ecosystem published on Google Play. I engineered an interactive assessment engine supporting more than 30 question formats and multimedia-enabled live chat.

I migrated a legacy technology stack to a modern architecture, reducing backend response time by 40%. I also designed and delivered The Litter Club community application with geo-tagged media uploads and resilient offline functionality while collaborating with distributed stakeholders and delivery teams.

I digitized the ParcelAce bulk courier pricing workflow, transforming a spreadsheet-dependent process into a scalable mobile-web solution. This work increased operational throughput by six times.

I also revamped order lifecycle tracking and promotional modules, improving operational visibility and helping teams resolve support queries more effectively.

I re-architected the Moovr movers and packers application using analytics-driven decision logic. I led a five-member engineering unit delivering separate native applications for drivers and customers.

I collaborated with stakeholders to rework the Appy Salon user experience. The updated application contributed to a 30% increase in installations.

I implemented Bluetooth-enabled sales-slip printing for JRJ Food, supporting more than 500 weekly mobile transactions. This enabled mobile transaction processing and receipt printing in operational environments.

I also contributed to Balaji Streamer, an MCX trading application with high-throughput streaming architecture. The platform supported more than 5,000 trades per minute with 99.99% uptime.
