I am a senior professional with 15+ years of experience at PwC, building a strong track record across Audit, US Tax Services, Partnerships and Indirect Tax. Throughout my career, I have progressed into leadership roles with responsibility for teams of up to 150 professionals, international stakeholders, operational strategy, service quality, talent development and business performance.
My experience combines people leadership with a strong business and operational mindset. I have led multicultural teams across the US and India, managed complex operations, supported business development, optimized processes, implemented automation initiatives and developed talent through coaching, career planning and succession strategies.
One of my strongest differentiators is my ability to connect people, business needs and execution. I enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement, turning them into practical solutions and building teams capable of delivering sustainable results.
In parallel to my corporate career, I have developed independent creative and entrepreneurial projects, combining design, visual communication, branding, production and business management.
