I served as Tech Lead for the architecture and delivery of an abandoned-cart recovery platform. The platform orchestrated event-driven, cross-domain workflows across distributed services to automate customer re-engagement and recovered tens of thousands of dollars in cart value in its first month.

I engineered automated fraud-mitigation defenses that eliminated distributed carding attacks and protected payment gateways across tens of thousands of daily booking sessions. I also hired, onboarded, and mentored junior and mid-level developers through architecture guidance and code reviews.

I developed and maintained Campspot's customer-facing Flutter mobile application for iOS and Android, supporting campsite search, booking, and reservation management for tens of thousands of monthly active users.

I architected and launched an enterprise gift card platform adopted by hundreds of campground clients, creating a recurring revenue channel and expanding booking flexibility for consumers.

I hardened and optimized mission-critical checkout and payment-processing pipelines handling approximately $2M to $5M in daily transactions. I also engineered in-house point-of-sale and invoicing systems used in daily on-premise operations across partner parks.

I led UX and checkout improvements that reduced purchasing friction and contributed to increased Net Promoter Score and customer retention.

I owned the implementation of enterprise discount and promotional-pricing engines operating across multi-tenant park environments.

I contributed to a multi-phase backend migration from a legacy Node.js and TypeScript stack to modern Java microservices, improving throughput and type safety.

I optimized search and reservation data workflows using Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL to support peak seasonal booking demand.
