I am a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist with lived experience supporting individuals affected by substance use disorders. I provide trauma-informed, judgment-free, person-driven support and meet people where they are in their recovery journey.
I currently work in harm reduction and residential treatment settings, helping clients access treatment, community resources, medication support, appointments, groups, and recovery-focused services. I am trained in rapid HIV 1/2 and HCV testing and prioritize confidentiality, advocacy, safety, and respectful care.
I also have hands-on caregiving and home health experience supporting an older adult following hip surgery. My responsibilities include medication assistance, mobility support, grooming, meal preparation, household management, and assistance with in-home physical therapy.
My background includes strong administrative, customer service, retail management, scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, sales, and staff training experience. I am proficient at documentation, clinical notes, client records, phone communication, and coordinating services.
I bring certifications in peer support, CPR, first aid, AED, and emergency oxygen administration. I am committed to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, clear communication, de-escalation, active listening, and compassionate client-centered care.
