Senior QA Engineer / Team Lead

I initiated multiple QA projects from scratch and led teams of up to eight testers. I established testing procedures, strategic plans, and collaborative workflows to support seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.

I led AI/LLM testing initiatives involving benchmarks, RAG, LLM-as-a-Judge, red teaming, synthetic data, and non-deterministic evaluation strategies. I also engineered AI agentic automation using Virtuoso and prototyped full-stack web applications through multi-agent workflows.

I defined QA strategies, allocated tasks, and performed functional, API, and third-party end-to-end testing. I facilitated UAT sessions with more than 20 subject-matter experts and provided stakeholder reporting.

I progressed from Junior Tester to QA Lead while delivering projects including bill management applications, mobile sales applications, POS systems, and smart home solutions. I developed test strategies, coordinated testing activities, allocated work, and mentored team members.

I managed QA for a large-scale migration, ensuring data integrity and functionality with no major post-launch issues. I also streamlined bug reporting and tracking to reduce defect-resolution time and improve communication between QA and development teams.

My responsibilities included functional, regression, usability, API, performance, and automation testing; test case design and execution; and testing mobile and web applications with third-party integrations. I supported career development, goal-setting, and mentoring for junior colleagues.

I tested a cross-platform mobile and web application used to control smart home devices. I conducted comprehensive functional testing on iOS, Android, and web platforms.

I developed test cases and performed regression, smoke, usability, and API testing. I used tools including Postman, Xcode, and Jira to support quality assurance activities.

I coordinated testing efforts for multi-platform releases, helping ensure compatibility and performance across web, mobile, and desktop applications. I also identified critical defects early in the development cycle and supported onboarding of colleagues.

I tested more than 100 quick-turnaround projects through a crowdsourced testing platform. This work developed my ability to understand requirements rapidly, identify defects under pressure, and work effectively in fast-paced delivery environments.

I tested projects in financial, advertising, commercial, and gaming domains across Android, iOS, PC, and Xbox platforms. My testing included ad-hoc, regression, and exploratory approaches.

I logged more than 1,000 bugs during this period.

I tested mobile games on iOS devices. This role introduced me to software testing practices and served as the launchpad for my QA career.

I gained early experience in identifying issues in mobile game builds and working within a product-testing environment.

Completed a web automation course focused on Java and Selenium.

Completed ISTQB Foundation certification coursework.
