ETL Developer

I am an ETL Developer with over four years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and data integration using Informatica PowerCenter.

I design and implement ETL mappings, reusable transformation logic, workflows, and data-loading processes for enterprise data warehouse and data mart applications. I have worked with Oracle databases, flat files, CSV files, and heterogeneous source systems.

I am experienced in data extraction, transformation, loading, data cleansing, source-to-target validation, reconciliation testing, unit testing, and performance tuning. I use SQL and PL/SQL to validate data, write complex queries, and optimize database operations.

I have practical knowledge of Informatica transformations including Lookup, Update Strategy, Stored Procedure, Router, Filter, Sequence Generator, Joiner, Aggregator, and Expression. I also implement Slowly Changing Dimensions, including SCD Type 2, using star and snowflake schemas.

I am comfortable working in UNIX and Linux environments, using shell scripting and command-line tools for batch processing, file handling, and automation. I have used scheduling, monitoring, and development tools such as Tidal Scheduler, Control-M, Git, JIRA, WinSCP, and PuTTY.

I also have foundational exposure to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage. I am motivated to contribute to progressive teams by delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality data integration solutions.
