Delivered BuckledIn, Tobi Cloud's first school transportation vertical, in 11 weeks against a fixed US school-year deadline. Governed six net-new feature deliveries, stabilized 15 post-launch escalations through daily war rooms and executive transparency, and protected an estimated $300K–$400K ARR.

Governed Orion, an in-house Google OR-Tools route optimization engine, from research and implementation through six months of production-data validation and phased rollout. Improved dispatcher acceptance from 0% to over 70%, enabled three live tenants, reduced dependency on a third-party routing platform, and supported 5x MRR growth from $10K to $50K per month.

Led a 10-member development team for a PropTech SaaS startup as Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master. Owned sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release governance, and stakeholder communication.
