Data Analyst / Python Developer

I am an aspiring Data Analyst and Python Developer with a Bachelor of Science background and practical experience in data analysis projects. I am seeking an entry-level opportunity where I can apply Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI to turn data into useful business insights.

I have hands-on experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, database analysis, dashboard reporting, and visualization. I work with Python libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn, and I understand machine learning fundamentals such as linear regression and model evaluation.

I have built a Power BI HR analytics dashboard in which I cleaned and transformed employee data, handled missing values and duplicates, created a star-schema data model, and developed DAX measures. The dashboard includes KPI cards, slicers, and visualizations for employee, salary, department, hiring-source, and joining-trend analysis.

I also developed a Python and MySQL employee salary analytics application. I used SQL queries and mysql-connector-python to analyze salary categories, departmental totals and averages, bonuses, incentives, increments, promotion eligibility, and highest and lowest salary comparisons.

I am comfortable using Git, GitHub, VS Code, Jupyter Notebook, MySQL Workbench, Power Query, and Microsoft Excel. I am motivated to grow in a data-focused IT role and contribute through careful analysis, clear reporting, and practical problem-solving.
