Built a hybrid RAM/disk storage system in C# and analysed memory consumption and runtime behaviour under load. Learned Delphi/Object Pascal and became productive in a long-established legacy system, delivering working code largely independently after approximately six weeks.

Completed a final certification project for an RFID-based safety and authorization system designed as an explicit state machine, covering requirements analysis through acceptance. Also resolved an SAP label-printing issue, coordinated rollout and documentation with an overseas site, and developed a custom Polarion report page while identifying and escalating a documentation-versus-system-behavior issue involving dynamic file access.

Developed industrial and hardware-oriented software, including C++ LED test software for a custom board that measured LED color and light intensity using bit-banging, a custom protocol, and color-space conversion. Programmed a robot-arm test rig for mechanical endurance testing and isolated a recurring fault to a range of approximately 8,000 to 9,000 cycles.

Built measurement and workshop applications, including an adapter-based measurement solution for Rohde & Schwarz instruments with cyclic measurements and programmable triggers. Refactored a measurement application, improved routing, and implemented authentication and session management. Created an occupancy dashboard from Excel 97 VPlan exports, implemented syslog-based test-machine control, and wrote Windows maintenance scripts for storage-constrained devices.

Three-year state-recognised German dual vocational qualification combining full-time employment at industrial companies with formal instruction. Completed in June 2026.
