I lead the AI department and contribute as a lead engineer on backend and blockchain-enabled platform development. I design and implement blockchain network architecture, including node deployment and configuration.

I led development of machine-learning solutions for personalized learning in the education technology sector. I also led delivery of an AI-powered HR management system with an HRIS chatbot, automated multi-platform job posting, and AI-driven CV screening and candidate skill scoring.

I lead a development team while actively designing and implementing Java Spring Boot backend services integrated with Web3j for a decentralized social fund management platform.

I developed, maintained, and supported Java Spring Boot microservices for the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison client environment. I monitored, analyzed, and optimized production system performance to improve reliability and scalability.

I built resource-monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana, administered GitLab repositories and user access, and maintained CI/CD pipelines. I implemented centralized logging with Logstash, Kibana, and Grafana, and designed Change Data Capture solutions for internal data synchronization.

I worked on the payment terminal team and led backend service development using Java Spring Boot. I created microservices supporting restaurant payments, including payment-terminal functionality similar to an EDC machine and credit-card payments through the Adyen payment gateway.

I built scalable APIs, integrated third-party services, reviewed code, resolved complex technical issues, and maintained backend documentation. My stack included Java Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, Kubernetes, Redis, Datadog, Socket.IO, and RabbitMQ.

I received the Team Excellence Award in July 2023 for leading and completing a payment project that increased company GMV and improved payment-system efficiency and reliability.

I delivered technology consulting and software-development solutions for complex business challenges. I mentored junior consultants and maintained strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem solving.

My work included MyTelkomsel iOS development and team leadership for Telkomsel Veronika, a virtual-assistant platform. I worked with SwiftUI, Java, Python, Node.js, Docker, MySQL, Apache Tomcat, Spring Boot, Kata AI, Dialogflow, Splunk, Spinnaker, and Grafana.

I developed education-system solutions and established clear communication channels among stakeholders to improve project decision-making. I optimized database structures to improve query performance and data integrity.

I created reusable code libraries that improved consistency and efficiency across software projects. My technology stack included Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Apache Tomcat, and ZKoss.

I developed and supported applications for warehouse management and card management systems. I continuously monitored application performance after deployment to identify optimization opportunities and maintain system quality.
