Product & Project Manager

I lead product strategy for the TransTRACK CAN Logger, a fleet telematics and logistics optimization product for commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, logistics vehicles, and vessels.

I authored the comprehensive PRD covering data acquisition modules, user flows, and hardware form factors. I prioritize the MVP and feature roadmap based on fleet operator needs, technical feasibility, and commercial opportunities.

I developed a 12-month development roadmap covering POC prototyping, Engineering Validation Test, Design Validation Test, and Production Validation Test phases. I align hardware, firmware, backend, and QA teams while documenting product risks and mitigation plans for integration with the existing GPS Tracker ecosystem.

I managed R&D teams developing smart modems and IoT devices for state-owned enterprises and business customers. The products generated a total of 36,000 device pre-orders and were managed in accordance with TKDN, Postel, SPM, and RoHS compliance requirements.

I led hybrid R&D delivery using Waterfall for hardware and Agile Scrum for software. I coordinated hardware, firmware, backend, frontend, and QA teams to develop an end-to-end IoT tracker monitoring dashboard.

I owned product documentation, PRDs, roadmap planning, milestones, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and financial projections used for pricing strategies. I also completed a delayed project that resulted in a Google Chrome Enterprise partnership and approximately IDR 600 million in profit.

I designed and led a transparent end-to-end scholarship and community program focused on education access and youth development.

I established funding management processes to ensure timely awardee disbursement, managed more than IDR 500 million in total funding, and distributed scholarships to over 70 awardees.

I also initiated more than 10 community and campus programs while overseeing program operations, awardee development, and stakeholder engagement.

I led eight regional chapters and managed three communities in support of the International Youth Leader Program.

I launched the Mimpi Emas Indonesia program across eight regional Elite Circle clubs and developed a youth development curriculum to support program delivery, leadership development, and community impact.

I organized and facilitated meetups, panel discussions, workshops, and informal knowledge-sharing sessions for product, technology, and innovation professionals.

I connected product managers, engineers, designers, founders, and other technology practitioners while aligning local community programs with global Apiary initiatives.

I grew and managed a community of more than 100 product professionals across Indonesia.

I planned and executed monthly networking and knowledge-sharing events featuring speakers from companies including Grab and WebEngage. I increased engagement through curated discussions, partnerships, and community activation initiatives.

I advocated for the iGreen Project, promoting environmental awareness, sustainable practices, and SDG-aligned youth initiatives.

I supported environmental education, green lifestyle programs, social entrepreneurship idea validation, design thinking activities, and impact-driven project delivery.

Completed the Alt MBA program with a final score of 90.5. Specialized in management and business administration. Thesis: "Learning Group and Microlearning Implementation for Go To Market Udemy Indonesia."

Graduated with a GPA of 3.42 out of 4.00. Coursework covered design engineering and project management, with emphasis on technical design translation, engineering documentation, workflow planning, risk management, project execution, and cross-functional coordination.
