Entry-Level QA Software Tester

I am a motivated and detail-oriented Bachelor of Business Administration graduate with foundational training in software quality assurance and manual testing.

I completed a Software Testing Masterclass focused on Jira, Agile methodologies, API testing, test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.

I am seeking an entry-level QA Software Tester role where I can apply my understanding of the SDLC and STLC to help deliver high-quality software.

My previous customer service and bookkeeping experience strengthened my communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

I am comfortable handling accurate data entry, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with others to resolve issues professionally.

I am eager to continuously develop my QA skills while contributing to a quality-focused software team.
