Built a RAG-powered spatial planning tool that used regulatory knowledge and policy documents to generate site-specific layout, parking, and landscaping strategies. Developed PDF and GeoJSON ingestion pipelines for Azure AI Search and vector-based semantic retrieval.

Improved reliability and efficiency through hash-based response caching, token-efficient context windowing, OCR controls, structured evaluation, and edit-diff tracking. Created CLI and task-runner tooling, Docker environments, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for testing, image builds, registry pushes, and staged production deployments.
