I am the first and only data hire for a seven-branch indoor playground chain operating across Tashkent, Samarkand, Andijan, and Kokand. I built an operations wall board in Power BI covering retention, daily plan versus actual performance, sales dynamics, cashier registration rates, Face ID attendance, and audit scores by branch. The dashboard is displayed at headquarters and reviewed daily by the founder and department heads.
I designed the analytical layer over the 1C ERP system, including a staging layer and dimensional model that enables Power BI reporting without dependence on 1C internal knowledge. I also conducted company-wide systems analysis, interviewing technical operations, warehouse, finance, and branch managers; classifying 1,327 maintenance requests and 747 audit comments; and identifying 11 systemic failures linked to three root causes.
I delivered an internal operations platform with six roles, a four-stage approval chain, warehouse and finance request routing, and an administrative dashboard for tracking workflow bottlenecks. I automated audit reporting from Google Forms through SQL Server and Python scoring to bilingual PDF output, and built a QR coupon system with a Telegram bot and database-enforced single-use validation.
