Manual QA Tester

I create and execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests following the STLC. I test frontend, backend, and mobile applications, validate REST APIs through Postman and Swagger, and perform SQL queries.

I monitor automated regression runs in Jenkins, analyze logs, create functional documentation, and transfer knowledge to support teams. I manage defect traceability in Jira and QMetry within Agile/Scrum teams, use Git and GitHub for version control, and present progress and demos to stakeholders.

I onboarded and leveled team members using Trello and Jira for organization and delivery tracking. I unified QA criteria, mentored team members, evaluated deliveries, and coordinated final demos.

I supported the design and review of flows and prototypes using Figma and Canva. I also executed functional and exploratory tests for web applications and device emulators.

I provided end-user support by analyzing and reproducing platform errors, documenting reproduction steps, and submitting evidence to technical teams.

I reset accounts, managed CRM cases in coordination with technical teams, and reported, tracked, and maintained incident traceability through Jira.

I provided functional technical support, reported incidents, and specified requirements for IT teams.

I also executed acceptance testing and coordinated academic support activities.
