Senior Backend Engineer

Core engineer on M3, an enterprise SaaS monetization platform for metering, subscriptions, and billing consisting of more than 20 microservices. Designed and delivered Kotlin and Quarkus services using Hexagonal Architecture and CQRS, supporting independently deployable read, write, and worker components.

Built event-driven pipelines with Azure Service Bus and Dapr, including idempotent consumers, retry policies, dead-letter queue handling, and a transactional outbox relay. Owned Smart Meter and Subscription Manager domains, created a dynamic Service and Capability Catalog, established reusable service templates and engineering conventions, and implemented unit, integration, and contract testing practices.

Led development of a supply-chain management platform using React, Node.js, SQL Server, and Azure. Translated stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and delivered functionality across frontend, backend, and data layers.

Designed REST APIs and OpenAPI documentation for third-party integrations. Redesigned database schemas and optimized critical SQL queries to improve execution performance.

Built full-stack e-commerce applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and SQL databases. Developed backend and frontend functionality to support e-commerce workflows.

Created a testable data-access layer and profiled application hot paths to improve page-load times and API response performance.

Built Esri ArcGIS solutions and SQL-based data pipelines for land monitoring, environmental research, and spatial reporting. Worked with geospatial data and reporting requirements in research-oriented environments.
