Senior Product Designer

I lead product design across international fintech and embedded-lending products, working across product design, UX quality, design systems, and frontend collaboration. I own initiatives from discovery and UX architecture through prototyping, validation, implementation, and delivery of high-impact product experiences.

I introduced AI-augmented development workflows using Claude Code and vibe coding, and designed AI agents to structure user feedback and scale insight collection. I also establish UX QA processes, evolve design systems and frontend patterns with engineers, and translate complex lending, risk, and business requirements into intuitive experiences.

I led end-to-end product design and DesignOps initiatives for enterprise clients and startups, taking early-stage concepts through product definition, delivery, and production-ready implementation. I mentored a team of more than five designers and served as the primary design lead for multiple enterprise clients.

I led design for the Armada Power cross-platform IoT mobile app, creating a 34-screen onboarding flow, role-based experiences, device commissioning, monitoring, analytics, alerts, and automation. I modernized handoff with Claude Code and Figma MCP, built systems with ShadCN, NuxtUI, and Storybook, implemented Contentful workflows, directed VAST Data's digital rebrand, and established design KPIs including NPS and task completion.

I led product discovery initiatives that transformed early-stage ideas into validated concepts and scalable UX solutions. I designed web platforms, mobile applications, enterprise dashboards, IoT products, and internal tools for enterprise clients.

I architected and maintained design systems and component libraries, partnering with developers through Storybook, ShadCN, MUI, and NuxtUI integrations. I reduced design debt through UI audits, documentation standards, and improved design-development handoff processes.

I led UX/UI design for Visa's Payment Management System, supporting contactless payment solutions and fare collection operations in major Latin American cities. I designed enterprise dashboards and administrative workflows used by transportation operators and payment partners to monitor transactions and manage high-volume payment infrastructure.

I also led conversational UX work for Visa Concierge AI, defining dialogue flows, UX writing frameworks, and interaction patterns for digital assistant experiences. I collaborated with product managers, engineers, and regional stakeholders across discovery, research, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

I delivered end-to-end product design for enterprise clients, from discovery and research through launch and iteration. My work covered web platforms, mobile applications, enterprise dashboards, internal tools, and digital commerce systems.

I conducted UX research and usability testing using Hotjar, Maze, and UsabilityHub, and built design systems and UI libraries to improve consistency and design-development workflows. I contributed to projects in healthcare, fintech, consumer goods, and enterprise messaging, including work related to Santander, Solar Coca-Cola, D'Or Healthcare, and Tuvis.

I supported brand strategy and marketing initiatives by researching cultural trends, platform data, and regional content. I used these insights to help inform campaign development and internal communications.

I created visual assets, presentation decks, campaign materials, visual reports, and internal documentation. I collaborated with marketing and product teams during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

I developed visual concepts and brand identities for clients across multiple industries. My work included illustration, packaging, art direction, and visual design for brands such as L'Occitane, Jontex, and Artex.

I collaborated with teams, clients, and creative professionals from concept development through final execution. I also participated in design events, workshops, courses, exhibitions, and biennales to stay current with creative trends and industry practices.
