I lead a practice combining executive advisory, interim leadership, transformation programmes, operational expertise, and venture building. My work contributed to 46% e-commerce revenue growth over 11 months, a 13% increase in average basket value, a 10% reduction in cart abandonment, and a 20% reduction in rage clicks. I established AA-compliant platform standards and a reusable design system, saving EUR 400K versus agency outsourcing.

I audited operating practices and coordinated delivery in a global banking environment. I identified bottlenecks across product, business, and technology and recommended process changes to improve cross-team alignment.

I facilitated workshops and training on product governance, delivery management, and agile practices, supporting teams through process redesign.

I led product structuring, operating-model alignment, and platform architecture for an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform serving Fortune 500 CPG clients, including Nestlé, Danone, and Beiersdorf. I shaped product vision, roadmaps, decision flows, and integration guidelines across five countries.

I established API design and delivery methods, led product architecture restructuring, overhauled QA workflows, and embedded change management in agile teams. I also led research across North America and Europe and established shared accessibility-conscious platform standards in France, Italy, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.

I led product transformation across more than 10 SaaS and legacy B2B products. I reframed a stalled SaaS initiative around business viability, clarified EUR 2M in development spend, and created portfolio Gantt roadmaps from the ground up.

I audited tools, practices, and workflows; led operating-model change and portfolio prioritisation; and built and coached an eight-person product ownership and design team. I also established shared product standards and accessibility requirements.

I led operational transformation and delivery structuring for Orange's IBM Watson conversational AI platform as its team and ecosystem scaled rapidly. I defined and implemented the conversational AI roadmap, content logic, and cross-team delivery integration.

I audited practices, redesigned workflows, recommended changes to roles and team configuration, and co-designed a conversational training programme. This contributed to 149 user paths and 79 dialogue flows, with standardised linguistic rules, journey logic, reusable components, and strengthened operations.

I founded an independent product transformation and service architecture consultancy serving finance, automotive, culture, and public-sector organisations. I delivered end-to-end audits, platform restructuring, product cycles, and service architecture engagements.

Selected work included financial-software platform restructuring for Vermeg, the first complete end-to-end product cycle for Stellantis Spoticar, and a three-phase mobile visitor-service architecture for Louvre Abu Dhabi. I also delivered strategic framing, facilitation, teaching, and professional programmes.

I led financial-services governance, service strategy, and operating-model alignment across banking, insurance, risk, and compliance. I managed five to seven concurrent programmes annually, delivered more than 30 strategic engagements, and managed and coached up to 50 multidisciplinary consultants across European markets.

I structured service architecture for cybersecurity penetration testing on EUR 40M+ infrastructure, the BCBS 239 banking service approach, insurance quality assessments, EU census coordination, employee mobility, and knowledge platforms. I translated regulatory requirements into governance and delivery models and trained managers in strategic framing and high-stakes RFP storytelling.

I defined technical specifications and the production framework for interactive academic eBooks. I led the transition from QuarkXPress to Adobe, aligned academic and production teams, and trained student cohorts.

I helped establish a practical digital publishing workflow combining technical delivery requirements with academic content needs.

I delivered strategic reporting, communication, and process structuring for an AMF-regulated EUR 10B hedge fund. I structured integrated fund-of-funds reporting, audited operational processes, and mapped the fund lifecycle to support data integrity and compliance.

I worked with the CEO, CFO, and COO on board-level materials, including Fitch and Moody's presentations. During the Lehman-triggered collapse, I represented employees with the supervisory board and institutional shareholders, supported negotiations, and contributed to the redundancy plan.
