Senior Full Stack Engineer

I was the sole producer of the company’s complete Alaska and Canada travel tariff catalogue, managing hundreds of pages of pricing, supplier and product data, imagery, and print-ready production under the Founder’s direction.

I built Python tools using the company intranet API for bulk error detection and correction, data search, and extraction. I also created automation macros that reduced months of manual production work to a single day while preserving accuracy.

I designed and built client websites end to end for approximately a decade, covering identity, UI/UX, implementation, and launch across a portfolio of about 50 projects.

I delivered a complete dermatology web system with a landing site, chatbot reservations, and online booking with calendar synchronization on PHP/MySQL. Other client work included websites for a PhD researcher and numerous small businesses.

I joined a physician- and investor-backed healthcare software venture and evaluated EMR, CRM, and OCR systems.

I contributed to workflow evaluation, product direction, and technology decisions with medical professionals and executives.

I was hired as a marketer and initially served as the firm’s sole employee. My responsibilities expanded to websites, video, YouTube, social media, blog channels in four languages, client landing services, and operational documentation.

I grew the YouTube channel to its first 1,000 subscribers; videos produced during my tenure remain its most watched with more than 500,000 combined views. I also edited and subtitled a CELPIP/IELTS lecture series, while the team grew from two people to approximately ten.

I joined a Freedom Mobile franchise organization in sales, then expanded into design, marketing, and full-stack development.

I migrated the company’s Excel-based customer list into a database with complete CRUD management. I also designed and built the company intranet using the MERN stack, including CMS functionality, dashboards, and OCR-based PDF data entry.

I documented and standardized the kitchen’s full recipe system, producing bilingual Korean and English production documents for 21 items at commercial scale.

I maintained quality standards for hot-food operations across eight years. I originally began at the same location as a server at Tawara Sushi, and returned to Sushi Umi in 2026 for a three-month emergency stint at the owner’s request.

I worked as a graphic designer and travel representative, producing daily customer brochures and itinerary infographics.

I supported travel communication materials through clear visual design and customer-facing informational content.
