I established the company's first data analytics function, using SQL and Python to clean, organize, and improve legacy datasets. I maintain data quality, resolve cross-departmental discrepancies, and support consistent reporting through data governance and user-access practices.

I develop Power BI dashboards connected to Business Central for monthly product and entity-level revenue analysis. I also manage daily lead-to-customer data mapping, analyze dormant customer behavior for re-engagement initiatives, and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for Finance, Operations, Business Development, and Compliance teams.

I delivered data visualization and reporting solutions using Excel. I designed and deployed an interactive executive dashboard for tracking tender application workflows, application statuses, win rates, and submission deadlines.

I cleaned, structured, and transformed corporate data with PivotTables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, conditional logic, and consolidated reporting templates. I managed full-cycle social media activities and created engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut to promote branded merchandise and increase product awareness. I supported brand promotion during industry expos and maintained daily administrative workflows.

I also monitored production quality for custom merchandise, coordinated order dispatch, and carried out direct client deliveries. My work helped ensure timely fulfillment and positive customer interactions.

I founded and managed an enterprise focused on resin merchandise production, quality assurance, and order fulfillment. I directed operational activities and adapted the business model to support sustainable growth.

I led brand positioning, direct client outreach, and targeted marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C customers. I managed sales activity and customer relationships to generate sustained business opportunities.

I conducted county-level field engagements with tourism officers, travel agents, tourism stakeholders, and product providers across Kenya. I researched destinations, contributed to travel package development, prepared engagement reports, drafted official correspondence, and supported stakeholder follow-up.

I contributed to planning and execution for major tourism expos, including EARTE 2023 and Magical Kenya Travel Expo. I supported front-office operations, delegate guidance, inquiry management, and promotion of Kenya's tourism products during live events.

I designed and delivered competency-based Tourism and Hospitality lesson plans aligned with TVET CDACC, KICD, and CBET standards. I used learner-centered teaching methods including case studies, group problem-solving, micro-teaching, and visual media.

I created, moderated, and marked assessments, compiled student performance metrics, and provided academic and career guidance. I maintained academic records, attendance logs, schemes of work, and records of work covered in line with TVETA quality assurance requirements.

Completed a six-month bootcamp covering data analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain, RAG, and AI agents.
