Senior Product Designer

Design fintech and digital banking products for enterprise clients including HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, SBI, and Absa. Translate complex business and user requirements into scalable product experiences.

Lead the creation and rollout of the Mintoak design system, including reusable components, design tokens, Figma variables, interaction patterns, documentation, and governance standards. Define system-wide standards for typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and interaction design.

Drive end-to-end product design from discovery and requirements through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, validation, design QA, and developer handoff. Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility.
