Senior / Lead iOS Engineer

I lead iOS engineering within the Marketing Technologies and Customer Communications team. I drive mobile architecture, feature delivery, release management, shift-left quality practices, and alignment across backend, QA, product, marketing, analytics, and architecture teams.

I led the push notifications module end to end, including architecture, TDD documentation, release delivery, deep linking, and universal linking integrations. The work supported 241 campaigns, increased annual notification deliveries from 14 million to 27 million, generated more than $31 million in direct revenue, and drove nearly 400,000 orders. I also implemented AI-assisted workflows using Cursor, Claude, MCP, Qodo, Figma, Jira, and Bitbucket.

I was the sole iOS engineer responsible for four projects: two production SDKs and two demo applications. I built and maintained cybersecurity and RiskOps SDKs for financial institutions operating across more than 190 countries.

The SDKs were integrated into more than 300 production applications and supported over 100 million customers. I owned CI/CD and DevOps pipelines and also contributed to the Android SDK and application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

I contributed to MB WAY, a real-time payment platform in Portugal, working within a legacy VIPER-based mobile environment. My work supported the modernization of the iOS codebase and product capabilities.

I introduced unit testing, SwiftUI, Combine, and MVVM practices to improve maintainability and development quality. I also contributed to the MulticertID digital signature product.

I developed a white-label EV charging mobile application and SDK-style solution for Volkswagen Group brands, including Audi, Porsche, and Skoda. I focused on reusable mobile capabilities that could support multiple branded applications.

I built reusable UI modules and feature components using Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine. I also contributed to Backend-for-Frontend work using Kotlin and OpenAPI, supported by GitHub Actions and Fastlane delivery workflows.

I joined as an iOS Engineer and was promoted to Mobile Tech Lead on Pix, the Brazilian instant payment system. I led a team of five iOS and Android developers while contributing to architecture decisions, backlog refinement, and business-to-engineering alignment.

I helped deliver 32 new features within one year and developed reusable UIKit components as part of the Design System team. I collaborated directly with product managers, product owners, backend leads, and other stakeholders to support reliable product releases.

I worked on secure, white-label digital wallet applications for CieloPay and Bitz. My responsibilities focused on iOS development for financial product experiences.

I contributed to transaction security initiatives and reusable UI architecture, helping establish components that could be applied across wallet application variants.

I contributed to a large-scale super-app built with a reactive architecture based on RxSwift. I worked across mobile features in a multi-team engineering environment.

My contributions included SSO, cybersecurity-related work, Swift migration, and unit testing. I also supported other teams with architectural guidance and reusable iOS engineering practices.

I worked as an iOS Developer on mobile application development and modernization initiatives. I contributed to ongoing product delivery and maintenance throughout the application lifecycle.

My work included API refactoring, Swift migration, App Store management, and ownership of mobile delivery activities.

I worked as a Mobile Developer, contributing to application modernization and mobile product development. I participated in full lifecycle delivery, from implementation through release support.
