I am an entry-level IT support candidate and Computer Science graduate seeking a Tier 1 help desk or technical support role. I bring hands-on experience from self-directed home labs, technical projects, and practical hardware troubleshooting.
I have worked with Windows 10/11, Ubuntu, Windows Server 2022, Active Directory Users and Computers, and core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and subnetting. I am comfortable supporting common account-related tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and user and group management in a lab environment.
I built a Proxmox-based home lab with Windows and Linux virtual machines to practice system setup, connectivity troubleshooting, and virtualization. I used Wireshark and Nmap to inspect network traffic and scan lab hosts while documenting findings and troubleshooting steps.
I developed simulated Tier 1 support tickets covering password resets, account lockouts, VPN connectivity, MFA enrollment, printer issues, and software escalations. This practice strengthened my ability to document incidents clearly, communicate with users, record resolutions, and identify when escalation is needed.
I also have foundational PowerShell and Bash scripting knowledge, experience building a custom gaming PC, and iOS application development exposure using Xcode and Swift. My previous package-handling experience has reinforced my attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, teamwork, and reliability in fast-paced environments.
